What We Expect

All users must:

What’s Not Allowed

We do not tolerate:

• Fraudulent listings or misleading claims
• Spam, scams, or malicious links
• Exploitation of vulnerable individuals or communities
• Sharing of private or sensitive data without consent

Safety & Moderation

• Content may be reviewed and removed if it violates these guidelines
• Users may be warned, suspended, or removed for repeated violations
• Serious breaches may be reported to legal authorities

Vendor-Specific Expectations

Vendors must:

• Communicate professionally with customers
• Honour delivery, refund, and cancellation terms
• Avoid culturally insensitive or exploitative marketing
• Respond to complaints within 48 hours
• Respect customer privacy and data rights

We encourage:

• Sharing knowledge, resources, and opportunities
• Supporting diaspora-led initiatives
• Celebrating African heritage and innovation
