Vendor Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms for vendors listing services or products on AfriConnect Exchange, operated by Africonnect Exchange CIC.

1. Vendor Eligibility

Vendors must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Agree to abide by community guidelines and UK consumer laws

2. Listings & Conduct

• Listings must be truthful, respectful, and culturally appropriate
• Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders and responding to customer inquiries
• Misleading, illegal, or harmful content will be removed

3. Fees & Payments

• AfriConnect Exchange may charge a transaction or listing fee
• Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
• Vendors are responsible for any applicable taxes

4. Liability & Disputes

• Africonnect Exchange CIC is not liable for vendor performance or disputes
• Vendors must resolve issues directly with customers
• Repeated complaints may result in account suspension

5. Data & Privacy

• Vendor data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Vendors must respect customer privacy and data rights

6. Termination

Africonnect Exchange CIC reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts that violate this agreement or platform policies.
